Family-Oriented Establishment- Required age to reserve a room is 23 years of age w/valid credit card and I.D.
$100 deposit is required to guarantee reservations.
Reservations for 2 weeks requires a $150 deposit, reservations for month or longer $300 deposit
No one night reservations accepted!! A min. of 2 nights is required to reserve a room.
All Holidays & Long Weekends revert to peak season rates & A 4-day minimum requirement

30 day notice is required for cancellation and deposit refund. / No refund of deposit if cancellation is made in less than 30 days.
